Printing Liveries on Inkjet-Ready Foam

Printer setup
Inkjet only. Pigment or dye both work — pigment gives stronger UV resistance.

Aligning art to cut lines
Lay out parts in your CAD or vector tool with 3 mm bleed outside every part outline. Print, then cut on the line — bleed buys you forgiveness.
Sealing
A single very light pass of Krylon UV-Resistant Clear Matte from 12" away is enough. Heavier sealing adds weight you don't want.
Storage
Printed sheets in a sealed sleeve, flat, out of sunlight. They keep their punch for years.
